Our team consists of experienced specialists, engineers, and builders who approach every project with dedication and responsibility. Its core has worked together on the structural stages of residential complexes, hotels, an industrial complex and private houses in and around Yerevan.

Plant and equipment are managed as part of site operations under the proposed framework. An equipment register — including what is owned and what is hired per project — is pending confirmation and is not shown.

Under the proposed framework, each project has a Site Manager responsible for the areas below, reporting to the Project Manager.

We manage planning, organization, and technical supervision from the first idea to final completion. Project control follows a simple loop, repeated through the life of the project.

We strive for excellence at every stage, from design to project completion. Under the proposed framework, Quality Control and Quality Assurance sit within each project’s Technical Office.

Workplace safety is one of our top priorities. We create a safe environment for our employees, partners, and clients. HSE is represented both in the Engineering & Construction department and on every project.
