Our History
How BAMX Armenia came about

Two principals, one intention
The conversation that became BAMX Armenia began between Mr. Shahen Petrosyan and Dr. Mehdi Kavoosi — one who knows how Yerevan builds, and one who has spent three decades building at scale.

A Memorandum of Understanding
Signed by Mr. Shahen Petrosyan for SH Holding and Dr. Mehdi Kavoosi for BAMX Developments, the memorandum established BAMX Armenia. The date of signing is to be confirmed.

The first project
Nork: 11,500 square metres in the Nork district of Yerevan, the first project to carry the BAMX Armenia name, now under construction.

Launched on site
On 30 September 2026, Nork was launched on site in Yerevan with the founders, partners and the people who will build it.

Two companies became one. SH Holding’s ground and BAMX’s thirty years, under a single name.

A developer with more than thirty years of experience, with projects delivered across the UAE, Tajikistan, Austria and Armenia.
