The partnership between SH Holding and BAMX Developments led to the establishment of BAMX Armenia — a Yerevan-based construction company with a vision to expand into development.
Built on more than three decades of combined experience across construction, engineering and development, BAMX Armenia began its journey with the launch of its first project, Nork, in Yerevan on 30 September 2026.
